Twelve tracks, two nights, one room: our debut LP is now pressed on 180g coral marble vinyl — and it sounds like the weekend it was made.

Velvet Hour vinyl release on stage in blue light
From the Velvet Larkspur Vocals studio floor — release season, 2026.

The Velvet Hour sessions were booked for a fortnight and finished in a weekend. Amelia had the band arranged in a circle around her vocal mic at our Camden studio, and the rule was simple: no headphones, no isolation, no second-guessing. Eleven of the twelve album takes come from those two nights.

“We recorded the band live around a single vocal mic. What you hear is what the room heard.”

The vinyl pressing honours that spirit. Cut at half speed for warmth, pressed on 180g coral marble, and sleeved with a full lyric insert plus session photography from the control room floor. The first pressing is limited to 500 copies, each numbered by hand — and every copy ordered from our shop ships with a download of the Larkspur Sessions live EP.
